Chloe Anderson is a member of the firm’s Financial Services Practice Group. Ms. Anderson represents sponsors, equity investors, developers and lenders in the development, construction and financing of energy and infrastructure projects, including solar, wind, battery storage, hydroelectric and other renewable energy projects.
Ms. Anderson also has experience advising lenders on a variety of cross-border project finance transactions in emerging markets.
In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Anderson serves as an adjunct professor, where she teaches a course on international business transactions.
Prior to joining Winslow & Co., Ms. Anderson was an attorney at a global law firm in its Washington, D.C., office.
